Parish of Summerside and St. Eleanor's 

We are a parish of two beautiful, historic, and family-friendly Anglican churches which are located in downtown Summerside (St. Mary’s Church) and St. Eleanors (St. John’s Church), Prince Edward Island.

We are an ever growing group of followers of Jesus Christ who are passionate about our worship, our communal life as a parish, and the lives and needs of those who are all around us in our communities.

There are many opportunities for getting involved but the centre of our life together is Sunday morning when we gather as a community to worship, to receive the Holy Eucharist, and to spend time together in friendship and love.

As Anglicans, we draw from the rich spiritual and devotional heritage of the Book of Common Prayer but also employ more contemporary forms of worship and music on a regular basis​. 

We seek to form our hearts outside of Sunday mornings by prayer, study, and fellowship, and we offer regular Bible studies and faith-growing courses throughout the year. We have a  long history of outreach to our communities and support of other local charitable ministries.
