Gathering new people in small groups - whether online or in person - means finding ways to encourage people to get to know one another and share in discussion. This can be difficult when participants tend to be on the quiet side or feel intimidated to speak up. Ice Breakers are always a great idea, especially if they can lead to deeper conversations about faith.
