How to plan for the post-pandemic future of church buildingsSix Minute Study #314 LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION We are blessed in this Diocese to have an Anglican presence in more than 200 communities. This is truly a gift and also a responsibility in our stewarding of these properties. Many of our facilities are not being used as effectively as they could be, and some of them require costly repairs. Exploring possibilities for our churches and land means listening, learning, and asking questions with honesty and an open mind. Read, how to plan for the post-pandemic future of church buildings, published by Faith and Leadership (Virginia Theological Seminary). https://faithandleadership.com/how-plan-the-post-pandemic-future-church-buildings How to plan for the post-pandemic future of church buildings Many houses of worship in America are in a precarious financial condition. Declining membership, increased property costs and pandemic pressures have all conspired against the traditional, steepled structures with which we all are familiar.
