Severe winter weather isn't going away because of a pandemic.

Many buildings have been empty and idle for extended periods of time due to COVID 19 and with winter officially arriving early next week, it is more important than ever to ensure your facility is fully winter-ready.  Freezing temperatures, heavy snow accumulation, ice storms, and high winds present unique hazards and challenges for property administrators and custodial staff, especially at this time. Extreme winter weather can result in a range of problems, from burst pipes and collapsed roofs to increased fire risks.

At Ecclesiastical, our Risk Control Specialists have produced three documents that will be helpful to you:

Prepare for winter. Protect your property.

Make Sure that your Snow/Ice Removal is on “P.A.R.”
