The Anglican Church Women Diocesan Board will be ordering the Canadian Church Calendar 2022 for distribution to the parishes. However, there is also the option for parishes to order directly from the Anglican Church of Canada (ACC) e-store www.anglican.ca/calendar. We ask that parishes using that option (of ordering directly from ACC for the 2022 calendar), that have been ordering calendars from the Board in the past, e-mail the Board regarding that decision to make the switch (acw.nsboard@gmail.com) by July 31, 2021. The Board needs to have a clearer sense of the number of calendars to order. Thank you.
The Anglican Church Women Diocesan Board will be ordering the Canadian Church Calendar 2022 for sale to the parishes. However, it is also possible for parishes to order the Canadian Church Calendar 2022 directly from the Anglican Church of Canada (ACC) e-store: www.anglican.ca/calendar
There are several benefits for parishes to consider ordering calendars through the ACC e-store. It is possible to secure 25 plus calendars at very good value and free shipping! Free shipping is an obvious benefit for parishes that are a distance from the Anglican Diocesan Centre in Halifax. Placing an order with the ACC’s e-store means that the order is pre-paid with a credit card at the time of placing the order. Ordering is done on-line.
Ordering details/ tips/reminders if ordering from the ACC e-store
1-24 copies: $5 each (+ taxes/shipping/order fee, as applicable)
25+ copies: $3.75 each (+ taxes/order fee)
Orders above $50 (before taxes/fees) qualify for free ground shipping. In other words, an order of 10 or more calendars qualifies for free shipping.
Keep the 25+ quantity breakpoint in mind. i.e., 20 copies would subtotal $100, where 25 copies would be better value, at $93.75.

Calendar Details if ordering through the Anglican Church Women Board
· Order must be submitted via e-mail (acw.nsboard@gmail.com) only. Provide the name of the person ordering, the name of the Parish and its community, and the number of calendars being ordered. An invoice will be prepared and e-mailed to the “orderer”.
· 1 – 9 calendars: $6 each (HST included)
· 10 + calendars: $5 each (HST included)
· Order period: September 8, 2021 – October 20, 2021
· Payment must be submitted by cheque or money order (invoice # noted in the memo line) before or at the time of pick-up*. Payments submitted before pick-up are to be sent to Marjorie Davis, 204 – 111 Pebblecreek Drive, Dartmouth, NS B2W 0L1. *All payments to be submitted no later than October 29, 2021, regardless of pick-up date.
· Pick-up is at the Anglican Diocesan Centre, 1340 Cathedral Lane, Halifax, NS B3H 2Z1, each Wednesday, September 29 – November 24, 1:00 – 2:30 pm at the main entrance. Calendars are not mailed and are not able to be returned.
